Our Services

Health and Wellness

Our Health and Wellness program, through the application of multidisciplinary toolkit (to include psycho-social and philosophical theories, spiritual and motivational approaches) is aimed at helping our clients discover their desired body, mind and spirit health and wellness goals, then to design and execute sustainable plans to reach those goals. Our process is co-active, client-centered and adaptive, and often incorporates the use of life-skills training and mentoring services to ensure that we are wholly addressing the client’s needs.

Our specific health and wellness services include but are not limited to:

 

Mindfulness and meditation strategies to address coping and stress management

Workshops re various life skills:

  • Interpersonal/Intrapersonal Communications

  • Interactive Teambuilding

  • Violence Reduction

  • Preventive Health Strategies and Health Screenings

  • Individual wellness coaching and chronic condition support.  

Community/Behavioral Health

One of the pillars of the Hope Whole Life Services (HWLS) mission is to serve children, families and individuals who are under-resourced for whatever reason; and who may not be able to readily access services related to long-term mental and/or socio-emotional well-being. Through public engagement and community outreach, HWLS provides a wide range of services to ensure that our clients are able to benefit from and contribute to the creation of healthier, happier, safer, more productive families and communities.

Our services include but are not limited to:​

  • One-to-One Coaching and Mentoring

  • Group coaching and mentoring

  • Life Skills Training

  • Crisis Intervention

  • Case Management

  • Community-wide Workshops and Symposiums to address such topics as the importance of:

  1. Self-awareness, confidence and esteem

  2. Violence Reduction

  3. Adolescent substance use and sexual risk behaviors, skill-building/workforce development.

Case Management

At Hope Whole Life Services (HWLS) case management is based on a case plan that is co-created by the client and the appropriate Vox Omnis Staff member/client advocate. The plan is designed to help guide the client toward accomplishing his/her goal(s) and ensuring that the client is ultimately able to identify and access resources s/he may need and/or new behaviors and strategies s/he may need to express. The process involves a thorough intake/assessment, drafting and mutual acceptance of the plan (to include setting milestones with consequences and rewards and clearly identifies next steps) and coordination with other public and private agencies to ensure the receives all necessary services. Our case management efforts have been developed to empower the client and to ensure his/her self-efficacy, independence and continued progress.

Case management services are driven by the delivery of fundamental whole/real life skills-based services. These include but are not limited to:

  • Individual and group self-care and awareness sessions

  • Resume writing and mock interview sessions and workshops

  • Personalized help with finding housing, employment, childcare and other resources

  • Document collection—driver’s license, birth certificate, social security card etc.

Mental Health Skill Building

At Hope Whole Life Services (HWLS), we meet clients where they are — in the home, in the community, or virtually — to provide supportive, strengths-based guidance that promotes growth and confidence. Our services are collaborative, culturally sensitive, and focused on helping clients build skills they can apply over the course of their lives to better ensure an improved quality of life and long-term resilience.

 

Our Mental Health Skill Building program provides hands-on support to help individuals strengthen the daily living, coping, and self-management skills needed to live safely and successfully in the community. This service is designed for people who may not only need therapy, but also the practical, skill-based support that helps them apply what they learn in real life in real time. The focus of this program includes:

 

  • Developing healthy coping skills and emotional regulation techniques

  • Building daily living and self-care routines

  • Improving organization, planning, and problem-solving skills

  • Practicing communication and relationship skills

  • Coaching in community navigation, social skills, or resource access

  • Strengthening personal responsibility and self-advocacy

Leadership and Life Coaching

Leadership and Life Coaching: At Hope Whole Life Services (HWLS), the coach works to listen deeply to the needs, goals, and objectives of the client while actively helping them move forward. Our coaching approach is adaptive, solution focused; and we employ an eclectic model that draws from various disciplines and schools of thought, while highlighting the importance of the co-active method of engaging with our clients. We provide a confidential and non-judgmental space, designed to encourage and facilitate our clients’ growth. Our aim is to co-create a course for our clients that will lead them a more balanced, fulfilled and successful life as they have defined it.

 

We serve as “helpers” to our clients as they pursue their personal and/or professional growth. We tailor the applied solutions to our clients’ needs and abilities so that they are better prepared to call forth and experience real and sustainable transformation. We do this by listening deeply to the clients we serve and addressing such topics as:

 

  • Communication (i.e., aggressive vs assertive)

  • Self-care

  • Mindfulness

  • Conflict Resolution

  • Time Management

  • Goal setting and execution

  • Problem Solving​​

Outpatient Therapy Services

Our Outpatient Therapy (OPT) program provides flexible, community-based mental health support for children, youth, adults, and families who benefit from therapeutic care while remaining in their homes and communities.  This service is designed to remove barriers to care, strengthen emotional stability, and empower clients through accessible, person-centered treatment. The primary goal of this program is to facilitate symptom reduction, emotional stability, and improved daily functioning while ensuring clients remain connected to natural supports. We also help individuals and families identify and access community-based resources — or, when appropriate, provide those supports directly in the home to promote long-term progress and well-being. This work includes Individual therapy to support personal growth, emotional wellness, and coping strategies, family therapy to strengthen communication, connection, and conflict resolution within the home Tailored therapeutic interventions that address a range of needs, including anxiety, depression, trauma, anger management, life transitions, and stress-related challenges​​.
